Food Truck Commissary
We all know how important small businesses are to keeping the Fort Worth economy strong and vibrant. The Z’s Cafe leadership team is dedicated to connecting and supporting local entrepreneurs to grow their ideas and skills into sustainable, successful business ventures. After all, we were a small, struggling business once and remember how hard (and costly) it was to get a running start.
For food-related businesses without a permanent location, a permitted commissary kitchen is required to do business in the state of Texas. Our fully furnished and fully permitted commercial kitchen is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Fort Worth, I35 and 30.
