Z’s Café was initially born in Fall 2008 as a partnership between Samaritan House and Janet Z Capua Catering, LLC. This joint venture has been so successful, we've since committed support to a number of key partners who do great work in the community.

Samaritan House is a local nonprofit close to our heart, as that's where all of our employees are identified and hired. They are one of the best run non-profits in Fort Worth, with a focus on creating a safe home and life-changing opportunities for homeless individuals and families affected by HIV and other special needs.
Keith Milburn is responsible for almost all of the high-quality photos on our website.
Help from Harris fell from the sky one day - they now print our sleek boxed lunch boxes. Contact them for any packaging needs. They do incredible work.

We partner with Cuisine for Healing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making nutritious, delicious food readily available to people combating disease while providing education about the power of healing food. The Culinary School of Fort Worth sends outstanding students to Z's Cafe each year as part of their training.
Z's Cafe supports the YWCA, another outstanding Fort Worth non-profit, through boxed lunch donations for its monthly "lunch and learn" programs.
Z's Cafe donates lunches to Make-A-Wish North Texas, a stellar program that makes dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses.
