Z’s Café was initially born in Fall 2008 as a partnership between Samaritan House and Janet Z Capua Catering, LLC.  This joint venture has been so successful, we've since committed support to a number of key partners who do great work in the community.

Whether receiving or giving support, the businesses and organizations listed below have key to our success.  You can be a part of this awesome network of resources by:

  • Patronizing these local Fort Worth businesses
  • Recommending them to your colleagues and co-workers, and
  • Sharing their website links below

Z's Cafe is dedicated to supporting local business. We appreciate your help!

Equally important to our success, each semester we have been luck enough to attract talented student interns from a variety of majors, such as Entrepreneurial Management, Nutritional Sciences, and Communication Studies.  Visit our internship application page for more information.

Our Partners

  • Samaritan House is a local nonprofit close to our heart, as that's where all of our employees are identified and hired. They are one of the best run non-profits in Fort Worth, with a focus on creating a safe home and life-changing opportunities for homeless individuals and families affected by HIV and other special needs.
