Our Story

Z’s Café was born in Fall 2008 as a partnership between Samaritan House and Janet Z Capua Catering, LLC.  Our initial objectives were:

1) to develop a storefront with great food, and
2) to create jobs for Samaritan House residents during a tough economy

As a result of operating in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, we have developed close relationships with a number of corporations and individual.  However, there’s a special place in our hearts for working with local arts programs and nonprofit organizations in the Fort Worth/Dallas area, including:
